Low-altitude emission oil smoke purifier instructions for use

1、After the installation of the project is completed, no other items shall be piled up around the low-air emission oil smoke purifier and pipeline. It is strictly prohibited to use heavy objects, flammable and explosive items. All power lines should be in accordance with safety norms, and it is strictly prohibited to change or shift them at will.

2、If the low emission oil smoke purifier has been used for more than 6 months, the filters and plates at both ends of the flange of the oil smoke purifier should be removed and cleaned, and then the whole high-voltage circuit test should be carried out. It can be put into use after reaching the rated voltage.

3、When installing the low air emission oil smoke purifier, make sure the product is flat, beautiful and well insulated, and the chassis is grounded during installation. The output high-voltage wire should have a protection tube to ensure good insulation, and the insulation resistance should be ≥ 2mΩ.

4, safety precautions: maintenance of low air emission fume purifier should cut off the power supply. Non-electrical maintenance personnel shall not open the electrical box. The electrical box should have a waterproof cover. During the sanitary period, water is strictly prohibited to enter the high-voltage electrostatic generator.
